Sept.Weight Loss Group:Week 6

Camping was great I Love the new pop up I got... Way better then rocks.. We even have a heater!:happy: It gets cold Up here.. Last night was 45 deg Burr.....:noway: Karen I did do the double stroller. Good Idea My legs kill:bigsmile: I put on the roller blades and hit it for 4 miles. I also had alot of hills that just killed me. Its easy on the way down but comming back OUCH ! :ohwell: We went too some place North of stillwater right off the St Croix river.. Lot of runners on the trails. My wife works For 3M Sourceing.... She also has a sister that is a chemist for 3M.
Well after a bad week I went Up 1 pound nooooo Good. But maybe I will lose 3lbs This week
184 lbs It might take me till Turkey Day To get down to 170lbs

Hi- i am 123.4.... not much of a change only a lil! Well school started today! AH! I also joined our community center... its okay. i wish i could afford a real gym! One of my friends says she going to pay for a gym membership to golds gym as my wedding present, so i get in tip top shape for my wedding! lol!! well
i had 100 cals in and none out today... I did pilates yesterday! OMG it kicked my butt! Well have a great night!0 -

Boy I've kinda fallen off the logging wagon this week. So wednesday...1320 cals in, and 0 burned. But the last 3 days I have been great on the exercising (mowed the lawn there's 350 cals burned, and walked a ton 250 cals for each walk, I'm on a roll!) so I guess today was my day off...eeek ! Hope you all have had a great week! I am leaving to visit family on Friday, but I will check in some. Talk to you soon! K:flowerforyou:0
