Sore muscles after exercise

Keep moving, hydration and stretching is what I've been told and read is the best way. There is some research that says that ibuprofen can slow down/hinder the healing of your muscles. I don't know if it is true, because ya know, some studies said that Coffee is BAD, Eggs are BAD, etc. and then later Awww their not so bad, they're even good IN MODERATION (keyword right). Sorry for the rant.......
Anyway, I refuse the ibuprofen just in case because well their isn't any nutrition there anyway and I worked WAAAAY too hard to make those muscles sore to risk the slowing of their strengthening.0
