Hello!
I have started to cook with a low calorie book "Mix and Match Low-Calorie Cookbook" from Cooking Light series.. so in some recipes i have found for example:
to prepare Beef tenderloin Steaks, the ingredient says:
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (1 inch thick), trimmed.
and to prepare Cilantro-Lime Chicken says:
4 (6-ounce) skinless, bonless chicken breast halves.
Now my question is:
Are the ounces all together or each piece of meat?
I have to prepare for the beef with 16 ounces of beef 4-ounces each?
and about chicken, they are 24 ounces of chicken 6-ounce each?
Thanks ;-)
