I'm new!

Trying to get into a healthy weight so I can be more active with my daughters!

I'm a vegetarian, making the transition to being a vegan, hoping that will help with the weight loss! If anyone has any hints or tips, I'd love to hear them! :heart:

    Welcome to MFP. I'm not vegetarian nor vegan, but have read a few posts from Vegan's that say that being such has definitely helped not only with weight loss but overall health. Hope that helps :). Good Luck on your journey!

    Good luck with your goals! I was raised as a vegetarian, started eating seafood a few years ago. Love seeing new recipes and ideas, too.
