    I didthe first set with 15lb. dumbells. Its all upper body but I like it!!! Im just tryin to find out how many calories it burns. Anyone know??? Please msg.!!!!! me. Id have done more but im realy outa shape.. it was hard for me... And i dont care who the facilitator is thats not wat its about... Also it was the only video that i could find on netflix... ... However dude Is ripped but i know this aint his actual weight training an/or workout... But I really am trying to figure out how to log it... Anyone, HELP?!???

    I did the workout and was super sore for a few days. The calorie burn is the same as the 30DS becaust it is high intensity interval training.
