Hi everyone. Downloaded this site via my phone a couple of days ago and have found it really easy to keep an eye on what I am eating.

Have made a lifestyle change and joined a gym, along with my sister, for support and motivation. Goal is to drop 2 dress sizes by Xmas and to keep the weight off.

Any tips would be welcomed. Good luck to everyone.

    Welcome! I just joined a couple of weeks ago and have lost a little over 5 pounds. It's easy and really helps to keep you on track with your eating. Sometimes I feel like I'm eating too much but so far I'm still loosing. Just eat the calories that they allow you to eat and you'll loose. Good luck.
