    **Edit: I keep getting told (on facebook) how tiny I look. So for reference....at 205 I was wearing a 16/17 jeans I think....The pants I'm wearing in the 172 pic are a 12. :)

    In all honesty, it's taken a year or two. I had quite an issue with committing and I'd lose maybe 5lbs every few months. It wasn't until just recently that I've really recommitted and made a big change in my focus.

    Edit:

    That first picture was taken June 2008.

    I got down to 190 around Dec. of 2008.

    Then went back up and hovered around 200 until June 2009.

    By the end of 2009 I was in the upper 180's.

    The begging of 2010 I was stuck around 183 for while.

    By the end of last year I had seen the 160's a couple times, but due to lack of motivation and a few new scales I'm finally settled back down at the low 170's and ready to break into the 160's for good.
