Hello everyone
Just thought I would say hello to you all. This is my first post I join a couple
of days ago. It looks like a great tool to help with shifting the pounds.
I have a quick question if you get a minute to reply. I don't quite understand
the eating your exercise calories. Is it that we need to eat more the more
we burn off through exercise? Sorry to sound abit thick in my first post !! lol
