I have a couple of Lindt chocolate bars in the freezer. When I get a craving, which I admit is not often, I'll break off a square.
It's not really low cal, but if I have a half decent amount of calories left, I'll indulge. 1 cup of fruit (strawberries / mixed berries) 80 cal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 90 cal, 1 tbsp granola 25 cal, 1/8 cup craisins 50 cal. Total 255
It's sweet, it's sour, it's chewy, it's crunchy. It's yummy.0 -
I make room in my day for dark chocolate when I need to. For me, it's better to have a little every once in a while or I will eat a lot when I shouldn't. I keep a bar around and have a square when I need something sweet.0
