I have a couple of Lindt chocolate bars in the freezer. When I get a craving, which I admit is not often, I'll break off a square.

It's not really low cal, but if I have a half decent amount of calories left, I'll indulge. 1 cup of fruit (strawberries / mixed berries) 80 cal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 90 cal, 1 tbsp granola 25 cal, 1/8 cup craisins 50 cal. Total 255

    It's sweet, it's sour, it's chewy, it's crunchy. It's yummy.

I make room in my day for dark chocolate when I need to. For me, it's better to have a little every once in a while or I will eat a lot when I shouldn't. :) I keep a bar around and have a square when I need something sweet.

Hungry Girl has a recipe for chocolate haystack cookies that are made with bran cereal "twigs" that are really good!

    Hershey Bar Haystacks

    (1 Stack - 71 calories, 4g fat, 12 carbs, 5g fiber, 2g protein -- Weight Watchers PointsPlus® value 2*)

    1 Cup Fiber One Cereal
    1 (1.5 oz.) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar
1 Tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter, smooth or chunky

    Directions:
Melt bar and peanut butter in microwave until smooth, at 30-second intervals. Be careful not to burn or overcook. Stir chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Add cereal and gently toss till coated. Drop onto wax paper, making 6 stacks. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes). Serves 6.
