do you feel like this too?

Does anyone else feel like if they workout that day, they arent as hungy (and the obviously feel good) but on a day when you don't work out you feel like your starving and you could eat yourself out of house and home? Because thats how i feel today. I may have to snack on some cheerios or raisin bran or something cause what the frick...

    Yup!!! When I don't have any "add on" calories to play with, I'm very HUNGRY!!! But when my calories reaches 1500 - 1700, I don't have any appetite... :grumble:

    I'm the odd one. I get hungrier. Not super hungry but hungrier. I wonder if it has anything to do with time of day--I work out at 5:30 am.

    i think this can ahve to do with when you work out too. i work out after work so i'm not terribly hungry on days i work out (exercise can be a natural appetite surpressant)

    however, the next day i am sometimes starving because my body is still recovering from the workout from the previous day... sometimes i will save exercise calories and eat them next day if i'm not hungry at night
