everything besides my stomach !

Hi everyone,
Just looking for some tips on excercises for my stomach....I see so much firming n tightening in my legs,arms,butt and all but nothing in this flabby stomach where I really need it the most...it gets depressing just looking at it...also am very paranoid if one day soon I meet a nice man of my life and how can I really be sexually with him when all I ever do is worry about my stomach....p.s. Yes I've been like this in my past relationships also but now it bothers me more !

    You cannot spot burn fat.

    Cardio is the only way to burn fat.

    Ab routines will strengthen the muscles underneath.

    The torso area is usually the most stubborn area for people to lose fat.

    Look into doing HIIT cardio routines for best results.
