Ok - so this week has been a bad week. I completely went off the plan and went over on my calories and fat intake 2 days in a row. Ahh! I need to step my game up! Is anyone else going through this? What did you do to get back on track?

I think most of us have backslid. We are only human. The way to get back on track basically is just to do it and don't let past mistakes hinder you. You know what to do, you have the resources at your disposal and can do this.

    Good luck! XD

Just remember each day is a new beginning. Don't punish yourself today for what you ate yesterday, just don't keep making the same mistakes. =) There's no trick to it. Just tell yourself you aren't going to eat that cheeseburger or have that 2nd helping. You CAN do it! Everyone here is here to support you as well!

I have gone over my calorie, protien, and carb amount everyday this week. I plan to fix it by working out more and getting these things back under control by Monday......Hey we all have our days that things dont stay under the radar. Count it for what it is, fix it, and get back on track. GOOD LUCK 2 YA

I have the same problem all the time. I do really really really well for a couple of weeks, then blow it several days in a row. I'm not really sure how to stop doing this, but it's so good to know I'm not the only one. I'm with Inosgood. Don't punish yourself. When I punish myself I just tend to eat more. Just focus on the goal.

Everyone has days like that, and some people call them "cheat days" and it's good to keep your metabolism guessing! so don't worry about it too much and don't let it set you back-I think one of the tv trainers said, "if one of your tires went flat you wouldn't let the air out of all you other tires!" so don't let discourage you. You know it takes 3500 extra calories to gain a pound of fat and you didn't go over that much, just set manageable goals, maybe 5 days of being under is good enough, or think of it as a zig zag day, up one, down the next and make your plans accordingly.

I really like your perspective on this. :)

Thanks! I like the 'flat tire' analogy! I'm back on track within the past 2 days...wow was that depressing!
