My Dr. told me that I should reduce my starch intake and if at all possible eliminate. Any ideas for replacements because a majority of my meals are based off of Starch! Please help! ><

It may help if you could give us some example of what you normally eat and what you use in recipes.
Here is a list of common starches to avoid: bread, crackers, cookies, rolls, breakfast cereals, pancakes, waffles, rice, pasta, potatoes, snack foods, frozen yogurt, corn, peas.
You can have an unlimited amount of meat as it does not contain starch as well as most vegetables and fruits.

For recipes, make baked goods with coconut or almond flour.
Onions, asparagus, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini, squash, garlic, carrots and dairy are on the "fringes" and may be considered as starches for some, but may be processed fine by others.0 -
