30 Day Shred????

Hi - I'm fairly new to MFP (in my second week but LOVING the site!!); when I'm in the community pages I keep seeing people mention the 30 Day Shred but have NO idea what this is - Diet Plan? Exercise Plan?
Can someone please shed some light on the shred?!?! Many thanks!!

its awesome! a dvd that has 3 levels, which you slowly work your way up through as you get fitter. I'm only on day 11 and whilst my weight hasnt changed much ive lost inches already! and feel so much stronger!0

It's a dvd workout by Jillian Michaels. It has 3 levels and you do 10 days at each level starting on 1. It incorporates weights (3mins) cardio (2mins) and abs (1min) with 3 cycles of different movements. I am currently doing it and on day 5, just completed ten mins ago
It's great so far and I am feeling a difference, not seeing yet but hopefully will by day 30!! Oh and it's only 25 mins total!

I have completed 6 days of the dvd and am getting stronger. It is really intense though! I dont know if I will brave level 2 on day 11 yet but who knows!0

I bought it last week,it's been dispatched and I cant wait for it to arrive!! Although I know it will be challanging I cant wait to see what all the fuss is about :")0

This may sound a little odd but im a bloke and I've ordered this for myself. Is it ok for us guys to do it?
I wanted something quick to do after work as I go to the gym in the morning and thus seems brill!
Any suggestions on the hand weights I should get??0
