  • I usually have some organic cereal with skim milk and a banana sliced into it. Very yummy. I also make egg white omelets. On school days however, I usually just have a granola bar or some oatmeal or something.

For breakfast most days I eat a greek yogurt (plain) with 1 - 2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter. It has like 25 grams of protein and really keeps me full. My favorite lunch is a wrap (whole wheat) with laughing cow cheese wedges, grilled chicken and avocado. I grill the chicken ahead of time and then have it for a few days for wraps.

I eat the same breakfast every day because I LOVE it. Steel cut oats, a little sugar and fat free milk....coffee with flavored creamer. It tastes like desert to me so I often have the same for lunch. Total is 316 calories and keeps me going for a long period of time. It takes 20 min to boil the oats so I do a triple batch and put in fridge. Then I can micro for additional meals. Not even close to the taste of oatmeal...chewy.

For Breakfast: English muffin - 100 with an egg on top and a piece of 2% cheese. I'll usually add some fruit or a small bowl of cereal.

For Lunch: I love having a turkey sandwich on light bread. Maybe some all Natural popchips and fruit.

I have always eaten cereal for breakfast...idk y guess since Ive been doing it all my life its a habit...just switched to the healthier ones and skim milk. Im big on having breakfast for lunch...Whole grain waffles and sugar free syrup, egg whites in a wheat tortilla a nd cheese, with some fruit are good too...Dinner is pretty hectic around my house....everyone always wants something different and my kids are super picky so I cook for the kids and the hubby and I eat Healthy choice dinners or smart ones...we like to get the asian ones ans add a half cup of steamed frice to make it a bit more filling on those super hungry days. Or a piece of low cal homemade garlic bread with the pasta ones works too=)

On weekends (time permitting) I scramble two eggs (no milk/butter) with 1/2 of a 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp Salsa.
  • im usually running late so i have to eat quick foods.
for breakfast i usually have whole wheat toast with peanut butter. or non-fat yogurt with cut up strawberries, bananas, or raspberries.. a bowl of multigrain cheerios and skim milk is really good too. and simple.
for lunch i stick with lean hot pockets. they're usually around 270 cals and VERY simple since you just have to nuke em for 2 mins. or turkey and mustard on a whole wheat bun. if im still hungry i munch on carrots, green peppers, sliced cucumber, or have an apple.
for supper i like to grill chicken breasts, they're very low-fat. i'll eat it with some kind of steamed veggie or a salad. if im feeling lazy i'll order dominos.. a medium veggie pizza is only around 200 calories a slice.

I don't like "breakfast" food for breakfast but sometimes I'll have eggs for diinner. Usually breakfast for me is leftovers, today I had a grilled mahi mahi burger on an onion bun with spinach leaves, tomatoes and a lashing of dijon mustard. Yum!
