240lbs + c25k

hi all in starting the c25k programe on Sunday looking for people to do the same as like a comp we will post results and updates after every run and weight update once a week but this is with a little twist we jump straight to week 3 miss week 1 and 2 out and after we complete the program we must enter a 5k race ASAP.

Anyone up for this

I will be doing outside. In the mornings mainly let me know guys and gals who up for it

    I already run but I think this is a fantastic idea and I wish you all the best. I used to weigh about 18 1/2 stone when I first started running and got down to 16 just through running alone (no real change in diet). I'm now just over 16 stone and running for an hour burns about 1000 calories!

    I'm planning on starting the C25K, but, call me a weenie, I'm staring on week 1 :drinker:

    I just finished week 2 and will be running in a July 4th 5K.

    I am starting week 3 on Monday. I am in!

    Right now I am on the treadmill, but plan to get outside soon.
