Lost 9kg, 4kg to go!

:flowerforyou: Hello, I have already lost 9kg by reducing my portion sizes and trying to cut down on carbs and increase my protein intake i.e. not following any specific diet. I'm hoping that by using myfitnesspal as a food/exercise journal I will be able to lose the last 4kg.
