Today was killer for me I could hardly get through it. I have been walking my mile and 20 min calistenics but they have been part of my daily workout from the start. Why was today so hard on me? So much upper body work and my body isn't used to it.

Did anyone else have such a hard time with week 2?

I am gonna push it through and finish the week, but OUCH... My body hurts and is so tired. Wish me luck and less pain on day 4.
