BCAA's for muscle soreness?

I've read some reviews on bodybuilding.com and was wondering about branched chain amino acids. Have you tried them? Do they actually work on real people who don't have a ton of muscle to begin with? I'm about to move somewhere where I can start doing trx/crossfit/kettlebell training and I am excited but also scared of the pain.

You can take them in a pill or powder form, but you can also find them in some Protein Powders as well. I take Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey which contains 5g of BCAAs per serving.0

Research says yes they work. I didn't know specifically for muscle soreness though. I take 10g BCAA's pre and post workout when I do a fasted workout to prevent catabolism.0
