Rise Above This - Seether
Move Your Body - My Darkest Days0 -

I can't stand paramore but... paramore's let the flames begin is the best one to run to. you have a low time where you can just lead up and rest then on the chorus you run your heart out. lol0

I've been pushed by the Aerosmith station on Pandora. A lot of the classic rock, hair bands. It seems cheesy but it makes me want to run harder and faster.0

Anything Michael Jackson or Linkin park too... my personal favs also include anything by
The Hush Sound,
HoneyHoney <~~~ i dig listening to the songs...black crows or little toy gun when i'm killing myself on the stairmaster...
Queen cuz freddie mercury cures everything.
nirvana,
Regina Spektor
Led Zepplin
PINK FLOYD of course
Kelly Clarkson
The Clash
Garbage...
John Lennon
SEX PISTOLS ARE GREAT TOO for a energy induced workout lol
anything 80s new wave like thompson twins ... anything grunge and early 90s...
and of course britney as much as i hate her lol is a great dance/ab work out for pretty much any of her songs.. and like i mentioned before paramore has a few i like let the flames begin on those days i'm having trouble starting up my workout...
on mellow days I find comfort in slower workouts whilst blasting Bob Dylan and the like-kind music from the day... lol I have a vast list of randomness pretty much anything the gym doesn't play alot cuz most of that is crap to me. . kind of like the radio.0 -

I Don't Feel Like Dancing- Scissor Sisters0

Brian Setzer's entire "Guitar Slinger" album gets me going, but especially "Rumble in Brighton". The Ramones' beats are good to run to, as I often find myself running to the beat.0

3 of your top 4 are the same for me, awesome fast paced songs.. I listen to a lot of metal, rock, 80's.. anything with a good beat.. anything too slow and it makes me want to take a nap...some of my favorite artists include: Disturbed, weezer, Dropkick Murphy's, Evanescence, Everclear, Foo Fighters, George Thurgood (bad to the bone), Godsmack, greenday, Jack Johnson (even though it's kids music, it's really relaxing), Jimmy Buffett, Katy Perry is my recent favorite, Korn has some angry stuff, KT Tunstal has some great music, Linkin Park, Metallica, Mighty mighty Bostones, Nelly Furtado, Nickelback, NiN, No Doubt, Ozzy, Pearl Jam, The police, the proclaimers, Puddle of Mud, queen, Rage against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rolling Stones... Look at that, they're almost all in alphabetical order.. reading off my playlist for the iPod I got for Mother's day. LOL!
I really love classical music, Rhapsody in Blue is my fav, but I can't listen to it when I work out.. LOL!0 -
