Hunger pangs

Ive been doing so well with the diet since Feb, I had an off week with a 0.5lb gain and since trying to get back on track ive been feeling sooo hungry again!

Im at my calorie limit for today but i just feel hungry, help!

    Drink water? Chew gum? Go exercise to earn some calories to munch on? How many more hours today do you need to survive?
  • I've done some reading about taking fiber to help you feel full. That may be something to look in to. Good Luck!

    You may have to ease yourself into a lower-calorie diet gradually, that's what I'm having to do.

    Drink water and eat veggies. you can have 3oz of baby carrots for only 35 cals. I wouldnt worry about going over 35- 50 cals. If your body is hungry you need to eat.

    I only have an hour left to survive, grabbed a bottle of water.

    I know today why im hungry, but other days its been happeining more often and im not eating much different to before the bad week.

    I've noticed that drinking hot/warm water, decaf tea or decaf coffee - lots of whatever - seems to help me feel full and not have hunger pangs.

    Hunger pangs can usually be related to the type and quantity of food you're eating, if you want great advice about this, you really need to open up your diary.

    When this happens to me I drink water, try some calorie free flavored water. If that doesn't work for me I eat just a little protein, my favorite is a couple raw almonds with no salt. Good luck and hang in there.
  • Whenever I am hungry between meals I just drink a ton of tea. It really helps!

    protein drink. special k or something it should help or a luna bar low calories and packed w protein and fiber and junk that fills you up enough to not really ruin your day.:smokin:
