Kettlebell Conundrum....

Have just invested in a kettlebell (hard work but seems to be amazing for legs & arms!!), the bad news is that I can't find what to log it as under exercise on this site.... Does anyone else use them and if so what do you log it as??

Have tried all variations of kettlebell / weight training but nothing seems to pop up....any suggestions would be valuable as I'm only on week 2 of MFP and still getting used to everything!! Vx

    Hey,

    I and a few others I know,log it under circuit training.

    Hi,

    It's quite frustrating, I do a lot of strength training but I have to log it as circuit training, which it kind of is, but I do wonder if the calorie count is correct.

    Kettle bells are hard work, aren't they? But they do get results.
