Ticker.. how it works?

I joined MFP a couple of months ago. I designed a ticker.. and can see it when editing it. But it doesn't show up anywhere? Are people manually posting the link each time the write a post.. or am I missing a step in the process?

you need to put the code into your signature - link to your signatiure is at the top of this thread....

ps - ything under the blue bar half way down my status is in my signature and this comes up at the bottom of every post i make on the forum...
