Hi all I wanted to share my 5-Day Inferno Results with you.

I followed the recipes to a T, and they were all great!

I lost an inch all over. Except my thighs which I'm disappointed in because I gained an inch emoticon I think this is due to the squatting movements in TurboFire which I will have to modify because my thighs seem to gain mass very quickly but I so do not want that!

It was a hard week but I think everyone should do it, it really works and it made me feel GREAT!

    Don't give up on squats. They are a great exercise, and if you have carried your fat mainly on your legs, it is not that your legs are getting really big, but it will be the last place for the fat to come off. Once it comes off you will find the squats have given you really good looking thighs under the fat.
