Curried lentils good one from 1 of my buds
Cedar Phoenicia - Green Lentils Large, 96 g
Kirkland Signature - Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 1/2 cup
Spice World - Minced Garlic - Fat Free - Ready to Use, 3 tsp (5g)
Kirkland - No Salt Seasoning, 1 tsp
Generic - Onions - Raw (Per g), 52 g
Club House - Curry Powder, 2 tsp
Presidents Choice Blue Menu - No Salt Added Sun-Dried Tomato & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
Pilaros - Roasted Red Peppers, 75 g
Brown up the turkey with some freshly grated pepper and 2 tsp of chopped garlic.Measure out the lentils, give them a good rinse, put them in a pan with the browned ground turkey the 3rd tsp of chopped garlic and all the rest of the ingredients. Add about 1 1/3 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Boil it for 2-3 minutes, then cover and reduce heat so it is simmering. Simmer for 40 minutes or so checking every 15 minutes or so to make sure the water has not all boiled off. If it seems to be almost gone and a lot of time is left, add some more water so it won't burn.
