Help me think of some daily goals?

Options
I'm gonna try a new system that gives me one goal (maybe more as time goes on?) to accomplish each day. Some sample ones that I've come up with are:

Do [exercise] for x minutes
Eat x number of [fruits, veggies]
Don't eat out
Drink only water
Don't drink soda
Etc...

I also plan on doing some weekly goals to go on top of this, such as:

Exercise for x minutes this week
Don't eat out more than x times this week
Etc.

Anyone wanna join me on this new goal system? Or, anyone have other ideas for daily/weekly fitness and diet goals?
