The next 25

Weighed in this morning, officially lost 25 pounds! Sweet. No time to celebrate, only half way there, but it got me to thinking....The thick tire around my waist is much thinner, but I'm wondering about the next 25. When I do indeed get below 200 for the first time in 25 years, I will have a remnant flap of skin where the tire once lived. I'm comfortable with that, at least for the short term, but does it ever go away and become tight skin again? I ask because my abs are screaming at me today after yesterday's workout and I worry that I'll never get to actually see the fruits of my labor.

First of all, it depends on your age! At my age the extra skin does not go away. You have a good change at it. No matter what, isn't extra skin better than the tire? Good Luck!0
