    I saw a similar recipe on the hungry girl, I just don't know if I can trick my mind to replace them for chips. I guess I will have to try it before I knock it. I have never even picked up kale in the grocery store.

    I just made this with spring cabbage as that's what I had in the fridge!

    I sprinkled with salt and chilli flakes. They were lovely. Rather like the crispy seaweed you get from the Chinese takeaway!

    I've heard from a lot of people that these are good, but haven't tried them yet. I don't even remember ever seeing kale in the store, but maybe it's just because I wasn't looking for it.

    I did hear from someone that you can store them in a glass jar and they will stay crisp and fresh.

    Kale can be tricky to find in the store/s sometimes though...
