p90x nutrition guide

anyone following the p90x nutrition guide? I'm doing the "doubles" program and am in phase3 of the eating plan. I find myself pretty much staying hungry all the time, especially after workouts. The cutback on protein in this phase really has been hard for me.

    When I did P90X I had a tough time following the guide as it is outlined... but if you read at the beginning of the book, it will tell you that it's just a guideline and you may need to make adjustments to meet your body's needs.

    I just made my own adjustments until I found what worked best for me. If you're hungry all the time, you're probably not getting in enough calorie-wise... make minor changes every 1-2 weeks until you find what works well for you.
