I dont know if this should go here or not but some people do this no no in place of dieting. I normally dont do this but it just happened:
ok so today i was so worried about going over my calories (i dont know why bc i havent gone over once since ive started) and i did a MAJOR NO NO i barely ate today if you look at my diary it looks really really bad... most of the day i was busy and so food wasnt exactly on my mind. and then we did a lot of walking all day. I only counted 4 hours of it bc we did a lot of stopping to look at stuff... plus we were in the heat most of the day as well (low to mid 90's) i drank water all day when i got home i got sick then my hubby made me eat dinner and i felt a lot better... so remember no matter how bad you want to reach your goal, make sure you do it in a healthy manner... Good luck everyone :)

A great reminder for everyone, I am guilty of doing it myself and always, always regret my choices of that day.
I find stress does it too, but I'm getting a handle on that issue by realising that it is not just my intake/exercise that had to change but my mind as well. Good luck on your journey
