The Myfitnesspal app has really helped me quite a bit. I'm monitoring my calories much better now and I have lost 11 pounds since I started using the app (13 actually, but I gained 2 back.. probably muscle). My wife and I have started working out at least 5 times a week. We are finding great success with the "Slim in 6" style of workouts; however, we also noticed that just monitoring Caloric intake does wonders as well. We are speculating on upgrading to the P90x series once we graduate from Debbie.
