This is my first post..we just had a baby and I don't wont to come to a day that my boy wants to kick a ball and I can't do it..I am doing this for you Baby Sharbel and also for my health.... I am only using three tips
1- a cheap kitchen scale so I wont fool myself...
2- a limit of 1600 cal a day
3- exercise 3 time a week
4- log everyhting a eat even if one bite
5- If I can't COUNT I can't consume
6- Failure to plan will be a plan for failure
