I'm a vegetarian and so I don't really get much iron or b12 otherwise, especially since cutting down on cheese (I've banned myself from it...otherwise the whole block is gone!!!)0 -

I take flax oil omega 3 supplements as a vegan alternative to cod liver oil, berocca multivit, Selenium ACE and Coenzyme Q10. I also take 5HTP at night as I am prone to panic attacks and it helps.0

5htp is great stuff. I was on that for a while, and my friend has now been able to completely come off her antidepressants after many years cold turkey, by taking 5htp instead. Works just as well, with much much less side effects0 -
biosil liquid (6 drops) for joints, hair, nails etc. great stuff ... in a shot of OJ ... tastes gross on its own

i am happy to hear that! i've been taking it for a while and do feel happier, more at peace. i wasn't sure if it was the pill, me feeling better because i've lost a few lbs, or what.0 -
