5-HTP and Inositol -- to improve my mood
5htp is great stuff. I was on that for a while, and my friend has now been able to completely come off her antidepressants after many years cold turkey, by taking 5htp instead. Works just as well, with much much less side effects
i am happy to hear that! i've been taking it for a while and do feel happier, more at peace. i wasn't sure if it was the pill, me feeling better because i've lost a few lbs, or what.0 -
Multivitamin +Iron (because I'm slightly anemic & get really tired/sluggish if I don't!)0
