Hello,
My name is Maikel or Mike for short.
I am 23 years old and I use to fit the ''nerd'' type profile playing game's 24/7 eating unhealthy and developing an nice overweight.
Two month's ago in March I found myself hitting 134,8 Kilo's ( 296.56 LBS ) and decided this could no longer continue.
So I went down to the local Gym and after the introduction lessons and having made a personal Cardio/Fitness schedule with my trainer I started working out since the start of April and have already lost 11,8 Kilo's ( 25,96 LBS ).
My first goal is to hit the 100 Kilo's ( 220 LBS ) mark.
After that I will start to focus on building muscle's more and start my ''bodybuilding path'' so to speak.
( Dont get me wrong I am not going for the ''Arnold'' Look just a little bit of bodybuilding ).
