Hi, just wanted to say hello, am new to "myfitnesspal" but have been using it for 5 days and it is really helping me to eat healthily and stay on track! Determined to lose weight this summer and so far everything is going well but don't want to lose track so if any of you have tips or advice or just want to say hello - go for it!I need all the help I can get! :)

    Good Luck! There are some great people on here that are willing to give you the support! I have been on here for two weeks now and usually my motivation has wavered but the support everyone gives you on here helps you along! Feel free to add me if you need some more support!
