4 month to a brand new MEEE

okay...i am offically done with ice cream, my one and only junk food. And puttting my food down in changing for a much much better me....just want to make a public annocement..so I wouldnt fall off the wagon.. anyways..my final goal..20 pounds in 4 month.. not so bad right...yeap..it wouldnt be so bad if i can do that at home, but nope...im will be offically a college freshmen tomorrow...ugh... the freshmen 15, the cafeteria food, the stress are all coming my way.. im gonna make it...okay..now im done venting..wish me luck...so long old me...hello ...new me in making..:happy:

    Good for you. I think you being conscious of the freshman 15 and the fact you want to lose weight will make it easy for you. Usually the freshman 15 appears without any thought. You're already thinking so you're well on your way to preventing.
