NSV Challenge (0lbs Club)- Week one down!

Hey guys!
One week down, four more to go! :glasses:
Once we have all results I will get the chart updated. Man I ate a lot this week! Stupid Cinco De Mayo. I did not work out nearly as much as I thought I would, but at least I kept moving! And next week.....it will shall be my week.
Minutes exercised: 326 (5.43hrs)
Calories consumed: 18506
H2W: 0.88
Mini Challenge: 60 pushups
Not great numbers but guess who has a smaller waist this week by 0.5 inches! Wooot!!! :bigsmile: That’s my NSV, hehee.
Looking forward to hear from everyone.

Next Week Mini Challenge: Shake things up!!! Varying your work out, not only keeps you motivated longer, but helps prevent injury from working the same muslces which could also give people like me a reason to quite! So this week, change it up each day! That may mean, adding more, or just rotating more often.
If you already vary your workout pretty could....you get the yucky one! Eat your daily required servings of veggies :bigsmile:

Well, it figures I would do a group that does not focus on weight and I drop 4 pounds, and yet my ratio goes up...now I'm confused LOL. Well, I tried to do the push up challenge, but I can only do the modified ones on my knees, and I have really bad knees. It hurt me to keep doing them, so I focused on doing other exercises. My net calories varied a LOT this week. I had a celebration weekend this weekend for graduating college, and a couple of the days through the week I wasn't able to get a lot of exercise in. As you can see, I tried to make up for it a couple of the days. Anywho, my workouts vary quite a bit, so I guess I'll hafta eat my veggies I don't even know what the recommended daily serving of veggies is!! LOL Guess I better figure that one out soon! Even though my ratio went up, I'm still motivated to do well in this challenge and it has definitely motivated me to keep working!0 -

SSSOOOOOO Happy for your weight loss! Good job. What I would give to lose 4lbs. I am intentionally not weighing, don't want to jinx myself I feel lighter, hahaa.

Thanks!! I have to weigh in because I'm kind of contradicting myself with two challenge groups I joined! LOL I completely forgot I signed up for a biggest loser challenge and that it had started this month. So I have to weigh in every week!! I was wondering where everyone else went!! LOL I tried to get my friend to join, maybe she still will this week if I can talk her into it!! LOL I love work out videos. We have comcast so I do a lot of different ones from the OnDemand menu. They are great!! Plus my mom has TONS of them....even though many are from the 80s and seem a little weird to me! LOL Good luck this week!!0
