what are the pros and cons?

Are there any ladies out there who use kettlebells to work out,can you tell me the pros and cons, do you think using them makes any difference you can see and how quickly

    Kettlebells are my favorite way to exercise!! It is combination of cardio and strength at the same time. I love Jillian Michaels' Shred It with Weights DVD. Quick, very effective workout. My body has changed quickly since I started using them a month or so ago! Be careful not to drop it!! I hate cardio exercise but this is so much fun to me! I look forward to using my kettlebell.

    I love my kettlebells. They are very versatile. So many different things that you can do with them. I think they have made a difference In my fitness level. I also do Jillian michaels shred it with weights, but am interested in trying other workouts. I would highly recommend them.
    Form is very important when younare swinging the kb, so just make sure youbhave good instruction. I think Jillian michaels does a pretty good job at explaining the form. Good luck.

    thanks for getting back to me,

    just purchased my first bell and i look forward to seeing results soon, i have abt 60lbs to loose
    and will post new photos of myself for every 15lbs lost, cant wait to get started and need your support so thank you again:)
