Hello! Long time reader, first time poster! I've been using mfp regularly for the past couple of months and I've managed to lose 26lb so far with the help of the diary food tracker here (It's a real eye opener how much you eat when you have to write every bit of it down!!! Stopped me from reaching for some chocolate more than a few times!!)

I'm looking for some friends on here to lose weight with, my current goal is 1-2lb a week and I'd really like some motivation and inspiration!
