I am not new to the site just haven't used it for a long time... This past winter was a looooong one- and I managed to find 20 extra lbs!! I had gastric bypass 2years ago and the thought of gaining my weight back TERRIFIES me... Tomorrow (Monday) I am starting my exercise routine again which I have been seriously slacking on- and I am going to start eating the way I prefer... all natural... lean meats- produce- nothing "made" in a factory... hunter/gatherer...

I am looking for someone to keep me on track- someone to send me emails and kick me in the *kitten* and not take my endless supply of excuses... call me on my BS!! REMIND me how much I went through and how horrible my health was before my surgery! I need someone to remind me my 20 year reunion is coming up and another absolutely HUGE event... two things I don't want and extra 20lbs hanging on for!!

My goal is 30lbs total... or I would like to lose as much as I can- just see how far I can go- but 30 lbs and I will be thrilled- everything after 30 is rainbows and sunshine!

Thanks! j

I am in. I have some of the same issues. 10 years ago I really focussed on my health and succeeded in achieving a normal weight and kept if off for 5 years. Regular exercise and lots of meal planning with loads of veggies and fruit. Had some surgery a while back and have put most of the weight back on and worse...not exercising anymore. My problem is that little voice in the back of my head, that sabotages me every time. I need a buddy to shut it down.

Be glad to help you out.

    Hi!

Congrats on being so honest about what you need! I know what you mean....someone to give you a kick in the right direction is certainly what I need every now and then! (Sundays esp for me!!)

Good luck with your weight loss journey xx

    Hup, 1, 2, 3:
Have you planned your meals this week or at least for a few days. Let me know what exercise you do before you nod off tonight.

Have a great day and enjoy each second!!!

    Ciao
