I think what you are referring to are the calories you are able to add back after you exercise - i.e. if you exercise and burn 300 calories, MFP adds them back onto your total for the day.... So if your calorie goal is 1500 calories/day and you burned those 300, your new goal for that day would be 1800 calories.0
