Running Shoes!!

I have recently started my C25K training. A friend recommended some GREAT shoes to me - made by an alum of my college. Have you heard of Spira? These shoes are unbelievable! I have a VERY old, painful right knee injury and these are they ONLY shoes I will even run in again. They have wave-tech springs built into the shoe to keep your joints from the full impact of running/walking/jogging. After wearing them for just one run I noticed a huge difference.

Let me know if you want more info or a referral (disc) to the site.

Anyone who has joint injuries or runs long distances - I recommend these shoes!

What are your favorite running shoes?

I keep buying new pairs of Brooks because they're the only things that help with my pronation and still allow me to be comfortable :)
