Something I work really hard to remember:

Every day is a battle food and exercise wise. Because it is so hard, I expect to see immediate results. I get depressed when things take time. BUT WEIGHT LOSS TAKES TIME!

If I understand correctly, you lost 10lbs since April. That is fantastic!!!! A very strong, challenging goal is 10lbs in a month, and you are beating that by a lot. Give yourself a chance and stick with it and you will get there.

Throw that picture away! Make smaller goals for yourself and don't be obsessed with looking like anyone else. You have done great in such a short amount of time. Be proud of your accomplishments and don't get discouraged, it takes time. We didn;t put on weight overnight and we aren't going to lose it overnight either!
  • like lecia said, don't try to look like anyone else! for a long time, i wanted to look like my runner friend who is tall and very slender, but ive finally realized that i wont ever look like her! its not a bad thing either, we just arent the same person...lose weight so you can look more like yourself, not more like someone else.
