what do you all eat for breakfast?

I don't care for eggs, every once in a while I'll make what my husband calls a non-omelet which is more other stuff than eggs, but that's rare.
Most mornings I have Kashi Go-Lean cereal. It is one of two processed foods that make a regular appearance in my food journals. I can't beat the ease of it, and the protein count put it's right where I need it to be (with non-fat milk I get 21 grams of protein) something oatmeal can't do for me.
For a long time I didn't trust myself with cereal (to each just 1 cup, yes, I measure every day) and then I ate berries with non-fat non-flavored greek yogurt, or sometimes I just ate leftovers from dinner the night before. It's not hard to get 20 grams of protein if you are eating chicken or fish with vegetables.0 -
This morning I had Shredded What with Skimmed Milk and a few blueberries and raspberries on top, was delicious and kept me feeling full0

Porridge with raisins (made with water). 50g of porridge and 25g of raisins works out to 248 calories and fills me up all morning with no desire to snack at all.0

Coffee toast and a hard boiled egg every morning0

All White omelette stuffed with broccoli, onions, mushrooms and a sprinkle (level tsp ) of Parmesian.
will have some yogurt in a bit ...then V8 low sodium juice.

I normally have 1/2c Quaker plain oatmeal, with 1/2 scoop of my Cookies and Cream Whey Protein and some cinnamon. Its really good and holds me over till lunch but kinda getting tired of it. Need new ideas, I like to mix my protein in something in the mornings though.0

Instead of peanut butter and jelly, try better than peanut butter, and half a banana on 2 slices of 100 cal whole grain bread, and unsweetened almond milk, the whole breakfast would hover around 350 calories.0

I have a scoop of protein powder in my coffee to get my metabolism revved then shortly after I get to work (sometime between 8-9am) I have some instant oatmeal. Some can definitely be horrid for you, and your diet, but I get Kasthi Go Lean Hearty All Natural Honey & Cinnamon. The protein (8g) really helps me feel fuller longer, only 7g sugar and it's soooo yummy.
I also sometimes get Oat Revoluation Old Fashioned/Hearty Apples & Cinnamon but it's not nearly as good for me...0 -
hard boiled egg and wheat english muffin + small fruit (some berries or grapes) usually keep me happy!Coffe/w skim milk is a must ! For quick start-blueberry eggo waffeli are my favirite(no more than 2)0

I drink a meal replacement shake every morning with almond milk and frozen fruit blended in. The most it has ever been calories wise is around 225 depending on if I put greek yogurt in it or not but most times i don't, love it!0

When I dont eat PB and J's (I eat them alot for breakfast too) I eat the dannon vanilla greek yogurt. If I dont work out I will have fruit or a granola bar with it or if I do I will also eat a 100 cal pack of almonds.0

I usually go for about 6oz plain greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite but it has to be on sale) mixed with fruit (usually berries and/ or pineapple, about a half cup of each) and a vita muffin, half wheat bagel w/ light cream cheese or a fiber plus bar. Sometimes I mix up cominations of those things and add a hardboiled egg for extra protien. Oh yeah, and a gallon of coffee w/ skim milk!0

I hate eating in the mornings.....Ugg it kills me

this week i'll be having one mini-bagel (whole wheat) w/ a wedge of laughing cow light cheese and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese....
last week i did one cup of egg beaters, one whole egg, and 1 cup of frozen pepper/onion into an omelette.....

I choose from:
Porridge made with semi-skimmed milk and a drizzle of honey
Scrambled eggs (1 whole, 1 egg white)
Natural youghurt with a seed-nut mix
1 slice wholewheat toast with cheese/ ham.
Plus a glass of V8 or tomato or no-sugar cranberry juice.
Plus 3 cups of tea.
usually comes to 200-300 calories.0 -
I tend to have cereal (usually the ones with 110 calories per serving ), with almond milk(40 calories a cup). I also like to add some fresh fruit such as banana or strawberries. However make sure you measure your portions.0

Phase 1 of P90x seemed to be eggs followed by more eggs. Phase 2 is much more varied, I've had fruit and pancakes and blueberry muffin with a Banana so far.0

I usually eat 1/2 to 3/4 cup of liquid egg white omelet... If I don't have that, I will drink a scoop of MRM Whey Protein in 8 oz of water...0

1/2 cup oatmeal, tablespoon of PB, 1 small banana, and a drizzle of honey. YUM! It keeps me full until lunch.0

During the week it's usually oatmeal with frozen blue berries or what ever fresh fruit I have on hand or whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter. Weekends is when I'll have egg (over easy, scrambled, omlette, etc) with toast, pancakes, or french toast. Of course I keep on hand Cheerios and yogurt for those morning I have to time to spare.0
