Hey my names Freya, I get bullied at school because I'm fat; I want to be lean and healthy and a good runner.

Take it a little at a time. A couple of pounds each week is the maximum you want to lose. You can do it too.
Take note of who is being mean to you now and who is being nice to you now. Because one of these days before you know it, you will be lean & a fast runner and some of those mean people will try to be nice to you then. You know who you're real friends are now.
Start off walking 20 minutes a day, three days a week. In a week or two, increase the time a bit and add another day. Gradual increases are the key to staying with it.

People can be pretty mean. Especially teenagers. I know exactly how you feel. Don't let them get to you. I know, I know easy for me to say, but it's true. If they see that it doesn't hurt you then they will eventually stop. If you ever need any one to talk to let me know! We are all in this together! Good luck (:0

But there are 2 sides to every coin On the one side of the coin is where you have the words “life is hard” inscribed, but if you turn that coin over you will find very small but powerful words. They read: “You can make it better” That is one of the beautiful things about life. You can make your life better. You have total responsibility for what you do and how you respond to the fact that life is hard. Just start slow dont try to starve yourself or overtrain yourself just to lose weight fast because of some bullies take your time and in the end you will be the one that is throughly victorious !
