stretches for your butt!

i did a lot of uphill walking yesterday and today, and my butt is killing me! any good stretches?

Gluteal stretch is done by lying on your back with your legs straight....then take one leg and pull your knee up to your chest....keeping the other leg straight and on the floor.
If you can't go all the way, pull it up as far as you can without your other leg lifting off the floor and hold for 30-45 seconds.
Do 3-4 reps with each leg and you'll get a good stretch in your glutes0 -
i use a foam roller to get the knots out.
Or if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, get them to use a rolling pin on it.

Anyway, keep doing exercise. It gets those muscles stretched out just by continuing.0
