I dont mean this to be. Crude but, I'm assuming that a majority of us are adults and a majority of us...work out in the bedroom.
There are times when I have... Worked out in the bedroom and my body has been aching and I have felt I have had a good workout (not a bedroom work out). So I was wondering if any one has any ideas how many calories you in what position and intensity etc. Cose It'd be handy to know and will kinda kill 2 birds with one stone =\

That's a good question because I've wondered the same thing!0

I think it would depend on whether you choose "Aerobic, general" or "Gymnastics, general."0

I think with some googling around you can find out the information that you're looking for.0

Here's an informative site for calories burned. *smirk*

I calculate most exercises (regardless of what kind) with this calculator: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc. There's a calculator for "Sex - Foreplay" and "Sex - Intercourse". That should give you a good estimate, and then you can list it under walking / aerobics . etc. on MFP. Hope that helps0

While this information can be found online, I prefer to just consider it a bonus that makes up for any rounding errors the rest of the day.0

This website should tell you what you need to know

I saw it on a workout activity calculator the other day, it was surprisingly low in the calories burned but hey I wouldnt count it as exercise as some of my other workouts are probably wrongly calculated, so its just an added bonus!0

I recently read in a magazine that sex doesn't burn nearly as many calories as we think. It would have to be some kinda workout and would be more like yoga/strength training than cardio. I guess you could wear a heart rate monitor! Haha0

You did an hour? Wow, me and DH have some work to do
It all depends on how active a role you play, something to keep in mind since it makes you a better lover as well
