Hi! I'm new and just joined up.

Hello everyone! I just joined the site. My goal is to slim down 40 lbs. I have been weight lifting 2x a week for two months now along with Pilates 3x week. I have noticed a visible difference in muscle tone, the way my clothes fit and reduction in cellulite on my thighs. The numbers on the scale have not really moved though. This is why I really have to up my cardio. I am aiming for doing cardio 5x week. A combination of running and eliptical.

I like to walk, ride my bike, rock climb, dance. I like variety and the opportunity to try new workouts.

My ultimate fitness goal is to complete a Tough Mudder in 2012.

I am a foodie, and am also trying to crack down on my diet. I have done South Beach before and liked the results and will start it again this week. I want to be at my goal weight of 121 lbs by this December.
