How long have you been doing it?

    Guess I will start first. Last Saturday Aug 16th I started the South Beach Diet Phase I
    Starting weight" 156.8
    Weerkly weigh in Saturday Aug. 23rd. 151.6
    Weight lost: 5.2 pounds.
    I am striving to lose 3 pounds this week.

    Not following the diet but I love love love their salad and sandwich kits. Especially the Santa Fe Chicken Salad with Chipolte Lime pita chips and the Santa Fe Turkey Hot sub. yummy!
