Started six weeks ago today and the first week I thought I was going to die when I tried to "jog" 1/4 mile at 4.0mph. Yesterday I jogged 1 mile at 5mph for the first time and today I jogged 1 1/2 miles at 5mph! That is no 5k but the last time I jogged that far I was a junior in high school. And I'm 41 now!!! Do I dare say I felt like I still had (a little) gas in the tank??

I mean after jogging 1 1/2 miles I felt like I could do another lap!
ONE reason I wanted to lose weight is for scuba diving. I want to be more of a sinker and less of a floater.0 -
